KalshiAI provides AI-generated news reports and analysis tailored to Kalshi trading markets. The app also offers tools for automating trading strategies through the Kalshi API. Please note that our services do not guarantee profitable trading results, and trading involves inherent risks.

3. Free Trial

KalshiAI offers a free trial period of less than one week. Once the trial ends, users will be billed based on their subscription plan. No refunds are offered once the subscription is billed.

4. No Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability

KalshiAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data and analysis provided. Use of our analysis and automated trading tools is at your own risk.

• Loss or damages from using our analysis or automated trading tools.
• Hardware or software failures of any kind.
• Lost or unavailable network connections or technical interruptions.

5. User Responsibility and Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to trading. KalshiAI shall not be held liable for any breaches of law or regulation by users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KalshiAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or trading losses incurred by users.

7. Account Registration and Security

Users must create an account to access the app’s features. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your login details confidential. KalshiAI is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to unsecured login credentials.

8. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You agree to allow KalshiAI to charge the applicable fees. We do not offer refunds after the free trial. You may cancel anytime, but the cancellation will be effective at the end of your billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and services provided by KalshiAI, including AI-generated reports and automated trading features, are the property of KalshiAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KalshiAI and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

KalshiAI may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on those sites, and you access them at your own risk.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of KalshiAI after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
